Safety Managements Systems We develop and assist in the implementation of Safety Management Systems / Files for Contractors, which incorporates Construction Regulation Forms, Accident Reporting Procedures, Safe Pass / CSCS Records, Inductions, Tool Box Talks etc. Eurosafe has vast experience in preparing and updating Safety Management Systems, whether the system is required for a single major project or for an organisation overall. It is Eurosafe's belief that these systems should be user friendly and easily updated. The system includes all the control documentation in an appendices. |

Safety & Health Plans Eurosafe has the ability to prepare, or assist with the preparation of, Safety & Health Plans, both for the Design and Construction phases. These plans, which would have to be site specific, would identify the residual hazards, assess the risks and describe the control measures to eliminate or minimise them. Safety & Health Plans must be kept up to date and reflect any changes in legislation or work practices. |

Site Safety Inspections At Eurosafe we have developed our own Site Audit System, which has stood the test of time. The system enables measurable results to be produced and incorporates a concise monthly report with percentage compliance graphs. This allows Senior Management to review Safety performance at a glance, whether it be on one particular project or a multiplicity of projects |
